History
Dan Cahill who hails from Rockchapel Co Cork, returned to live in Charleville in 1967with his wife and family after working in construction for a period in New York. He set up business with the help of his wife Sheila and worked on various private and community projects throughout the country. He built many council housing estates and renovated many rundown buildings. One such building being the former protestant church in Charleville. This building now housed the Library.

In 1980 Dan was joined in the business by his son David who served his time as a carpenter/joiner and the company went from strength to strength. Every job big and small was treated with the same amount of professionalism and personal attention.

In 2007 Dan decided it was time to merge into the background and David took over the helm with Dan always on hand to offer advice where necessary.

David has never left the standards slip and all work is guaranteed to the highest standard possible with personal supervision assured at all times.
